It's increasingly comfortable to lapse into the attitude that everything's sh*t and everyone's a w*nk*r, but 1) it's probably not true, and 2) how does that bitterness help you? Find things you like rather than obsessing over what you hate.
You are entering a prime time of life. Whilst your body may not do exactly what it had done previously your mind is full of experience and memories. Recognise your limitations but take advantage of your accumulated knowledge bank. This may all sound pretty obvious but sometimes it needs to be spelt out for it to be recognised.
