it's called The Pirate Club. They were around in the late 80's / early 90. They use to hold their events at a warehouse in North East London I think, the name of it escapes me just now. The also organise a "do" called the Roller Express Reunion. These now take place in South Way, Wembley. Literally across the road from the Stadium. The Ratpack, as well as other well known DJ's have performed at these events this year. These 2 clips are from last NYE and also a "do" in March too...

Lee Valley Trading Estate!!! That's where they use to be held back in the day...
