Should we boycott the World Cup 06:36 - May 29 with 3803 views | we_are_Superior | What do you guys think? We wouldn't win it, it would be a finger up to Putin and Blatter and we can have our own contest instead!

BHOK This battle with Blatter is really about who controls the money, not the sport. Too much money to be made for this to kill it off as a professional sport. As in American politics follow the money to find out who will win. They will vote Blatter back. Only real way to get rid of him if the sponsors start to cancel contracts.

It's not just FIFA though. UEFA with their Champions League have made club leagues uneven and The Premier League are just a money making scheme. They put money ahead of everything and have even killed it off as a competition with ladder payments guaranteeing only one or two clubs can win the league each season. That's not sport. It's just money generating for a few monopoly organisations formerly known as football clubs.

The top5 sponsors are said to be concerned and monitoring the situation, let's hope that's true and not just lip service. Well done to the FBI I say who have less to gain than Europe by smoking these guys out.
