Season's Gruntings on 12:50 - Dec 25 by ted_hendrix
Mate you've posted wise words re the prostate, similarly last November I was examined and was warned 'that there was a prostate problem' I was then quickly examined again (within a week) by the Specialist In Oxford and thankfully given the all clear.
After years of avoiding bloody Covid but due to feeling crap last weekend I tested myself Sunday and was horrified to discover I was Covid positive (two days later so was Mrs Ted). Today was my Ninth day of testing positive which Is a wee bit concerning. There Is apparently a risk that Blokes of my age group 73 who have had strokes and who catch Covid the risk of further strokes whilst being Covid positive is increased. It's probably all bolox but that's more than enough doom and gloom from me. (I'm fine, I'll stay fine and that's the bottom line and how It Is.)
@ Blue _Castello; All the good luck In the World to you Mate.
Happy Christmas all, and thanks to Clive for keeping the site going and us all together .
Another one pushing the prostate checking . I was found to have an enlarged prostate earlier this year and had a procedure known as Rezum which zaps it with steam . 8 weeks on and still p''ssing glass every hour or so , told i should get the benefits around 3 months . Meantime after yet another defeat , suffered the ignominy of someone pointing out that I had dropped my spare Tena Men pants under my seat at LR . Living the dream !! Get yourselves and your loved ones checked folks .
Get well soon Ted , good luck with the treatment Blue C
Warm regards to you all

Stopped by a neighbours house earlier. Santa had given one of the kids a Bar Football game. Would you like to play Mr Boston? Yeah, why not.
Anyway, an hour later, undefeated, children's tears and complaints about rules withstanding - I'm the winner of the First Annual Milton Massachusetts Foosball Cup.
Yes that's right lads, I'm from the land that invented this game and I'll spin 'em if I want to.
