Haha. The butthurt is strong with this one. Who told you to write the stats about our top goalscorer in the 2005/06 season? Didn't expect a reply to that.

Match thread on 23:36 - Mar 19 by mikehunt | Aye. Defo handball at the end. Ref might have had an excuse not to see it but the liner.....?!! Wtf! He didn't raise his flag for anything all night. Also, when Ash burst through at the death, had he fallen over when caught in the box it should have been a pen. As usual you get nowt for trying to be honest. But we'd have got crabs off those officials even if he had have gone down. |
I think the ref evened the penalty appeals up because Kennedy was lucky not to concede earlier in the game. The ball struck his hand which was raised at the time, some refs would have given it.

Yeah, forgot about that. 50% of refs would give a pen in that situation.

Probably true but that pisses me off royally. Evening up is a load of bollocks and every incident should be taken isolation by the ref. Previous incidents/the decisions he has and hasn't made should have no bearing on the decisions he makes in the future. I know that's probably never gonna happen but still.

There was another handball shout for Dale in the 1st half. The ball definitely hit their lads hand, although it was low down he stopped the ball - harsh but seen them given - usually against us in the past.
