On live tomorrow at 1pm on that Recast thingy. What could possibly go wrong?

Playing some lovely stuff now. Like the look of Drew.

Drewe always looks a slight cut above the other juniors when I see him play. Was one of the better players at Hampton in pre-season too.

One player a bit off is Duke McKenna.

Smells like a trout farm in here

Strong half from Wallace and Field

Wallace wasn't holding back was he? Flying up and down that line. Expect it'll be first half only for him but we';ll see.

Although we've got 3 first teamers playing, it's good to note we've got quite a few youngsters out there too: Kelman, Mahoney and Woodman are 19, Gubbins, DukeMcKenna and Drewe are 20.

Great delivery into the box from Thomas. No one attacking it.

For my money, that’s not a great delivery.

While GT should expect someone to be in the box when we’re attacking, if he looks up and doesn’t see anyone in the box, then hold on to it as opposed to swinging it in for no one.

Maybe being shunned by Gillingham was what he needed.

Not sure how much to read into this, we've got a lot of first team experience on the pitch, Ipswich might be a young team, but lots of positives. Looks like Field, Owens and Thomas are all going to get 90. Wallace looked good for his hour, piling forwards. Big boost for Kelman after Gillingham.

Thought the ref had a good game kept things moving & no long pointless chats after a foul.
Some decent play , liked the look of Owens & good finishing from Kelman .

interesting that the club are saying that they had options for Kelman's loan or either AFC Wimbledon or Gillingham and they made the wrong choice for Kelman. That is pretty much saying exactly what they thought of Evan's approach. Bold to say that in public and take the blame, and to be fair Kelman's own response today probably speaks volumes too.

He is one that the club really do rate and believe that with the right coaching and game time will be a real asset. As others have noted, might be that this proves to be positive step for him in the long run if we can secure a better loan for him for second half of the season.

Never knowingly understood

That's a rare slip from us if so. The guy managing Wimbledon is almost like Warbs-lite in his approach, ethos, style of play. Steve Evans has always been Steve Evans. Annoying.

I wouldn't let Steve Evans coach my dog not to shit on the carpet. Great book this:

Lovely interchange between Owens, Thomas and Kelman to get into the box. CTN but Owens looks like a very busy player!

I rate Owens from what I have seen of him (admittedly very little), but feel that he has no chance breaking into our midfield - we seem to have quite a few!

Hopefully, that will necessitate just one up front moving forward...

Can we go out yet?
