And you don't come onto a topic and start accusing people like you did in the first post on the 2nd page and turn a good topic into a big argument which results in posters arguing about something the original poster started.
I don't want to get into a debate with you, not because you are correct or whatever else you see but the fact that you can't grasp things or are to self obsessed to see past your own nose Adam.
But as said in previous post, can we please show some restrain and keep to the original topic that is Joel Piroe... I’m sure he’ll start tonight. Chances are he’ll do very well for us, he’ll get a lot more support than our strikers have been used to.

Olsson missed the start of the season and had a season-ender in early December. Fer missed half the season. Rodon broke his foot in January, after people here were aghast at the idea he might play a game at the start of the season. Routledge and Dyer weren't allowed to play regular games due to their contract situations. Roberts and Dan James were far from established figures on day one. Many here looked at our squad and thought we were going to do a Sunderland.
Cooper inherited a settled side minus two key players. Potter had a scratch-build to do. He did poorly in the transfer market and his choice of goalkeeper cost us repeatedly, but a second season under him would have seen us finish much higher than 10th. [Post edited 12 Aug 2021 16:33]

there is Potter had 7 years experience of managing at a senior level before coming to us...he was probably already on many a clubs radar especially he managed a victory against Arsenal whilst Cooper had no senior level experience before coming to us yet managed better finishes...Potters year here probably gave some confidence......lets go further....so many said the squad was capable of playing pretty football but or was thesmager who didn't want it....strange how pur new manager is changing players as he obviously feels the squad as was was not suitable to play this style...so demanded by fans | |
