I am interested in learning more about Edward Lintott who was one of the players to enlist in the 17th Middlesex Regiment - the first of two footballers battalions (each of 1000 men) that were formed in 1914. I know that several other Q.P.R. players enlisted but I can't find their names. I am also interested in talk of a war memorial to those who served. Is this planned for Loftus Road?
