| Forum Reply | Dom Ballard Recalled from Loan at 09:44 7 Jan 2025
Saints' predicament is not making me feel particularly gracious. Sadio Mane did have some horror games for us, particularly at Bramall Lane in the League Cup, but I don't think he had a particularly bad time from fans. It was clear that he was trying his utmost even when things weren't going well. Sulemana however gives the look of not giving the slightest bit of interest. Juric would do well to make sure he doesn't pick him again, and hopefully he will leave the club this month. Re Dom Ballard, I think he could certainly do a job in the Championship, and from there, who knows? |

It all depends on what one means by “making it”. Kamaldeen Sulemana could be deemed to be “making it” as we have made him a very rich man. The fact that he is an utterly useless piece of shit is possibly irrelevant (?). |

Could you not find anything to rhyme with gulags though??!!?? |

I feel that this is partly aimed at me, so feel I should have right of reply. I wasn't talking about boycotting games. I was talking mainly about boycotting the vanity projects which Parsons has been so keen to champion. All the "customer experience" nonsense. They want fans to be on the stadium site from 12pm until 8pm on a Saturday, so they can milk us for as much as they can. And to hell with any long-established pubs in the City which fall by the wayside. I was in the Bedford pre-match on Saturday, and I know you were after the game, and its closure saddens both us and many others. Some people will love all that sanitised customer experience nonsense, and Parsons dreams of having a fanbase made up wholly of people who are not bright enough to see the bigger picture. There is little we can do without there being a potential owner with deep pockets in the background. That is obvious. However the more that people go in the gulags and buy their crap beer, the more that Parsons will think he is doing a great job. [Post edited 6 Jan 11:50]

We should look to sell Sugawara this month if we can. He is horrendously bad. He also has the weirdest tackling style I have ever seen. Goes to ground about a second before the ball is anywhere near him. Bizarre. |
| Forum Reply | Harwood Bellis not good enough to play ctr back in Premier lge at 09:20 6 Jan 2025
We didn't sign enough experience in the summer. Well, we signed Lallana who is always injured, Fraser whose legs have gone, and Charlie Taylor who David Brent refused to pick. We needed hardened pros like James Milner and Jonny Evans to guide our younger players. This would have helped the likes of Harwood-Bellis to adapt to a pretty unforgiving League. Moreover, the confidence of a lot of the youngsters was shot by the suicide football they were ordered to play by Brent the narcissist. Juric is having to pick up the pieces of this. |

Can he play up front? |

Point of order. I was griping about Russell Martin earlier than August 2023. June 2023, when we were first linked with him, was when I started saying he was the anti-Christ or similar. |
| Forum Thread | The humiliation of Adam Armstrong by Southampton Football Club at 12:39 5 Jan 2025
Difficult to disagree with Alfred House from the Echo on this one. This has now gone absolutely viral, and is shambolic by the Club. Adam Armstrong is one of the very few players at this Club who I have any time for. He played a huge role in our promotion, and would never disrespect the Club by sitting on the pitch for 5 minutes after a home defeat to chat with an opponent, like Sulemana. The Club owes him a public apology. Disgraceful.

You can see how many unsold tickets there are in each block on the ticketing site. Then add in the whole of the Kingsland not being open. That gives you the number of unsold seats across the ground. Deduct from ground capacity. Will get you there or thereabouts. |

Other than your season ticket / match ticket monies. Boycott all gulags, the Dell Bar, food and drink, club shops, all merchandise. All of it. A wholly legal form of protest, cannot be dismissed by the Club as mob rule. It will never happen of course, as there are far too many people who simply must get their fix of drinking crap lager in a plastic glass while bawling moronic Scouser songs about the club starting in a chapel. But it would be a good start. |

Just looked on our ticket site. Oh my; it could be a record low crowd for us at the Fortress, COVID games excluded.- |
