I've written JCS off as that kid at school who stops going, only to surprise everyone when he turns up, seems to have enjoyed a couple of days, and then he's off again until his next surprise visit, before never being seen again.

Depends how serious it is - but seen professional jockeys back in the saddle far quicker than that after a dislocation - maybe they are a bit tougher!
True. I also pointed out that Eddie Dunbar cycled the day after dislocating his last week. But if Dunne has had a procedure done, then maybe his is a complex injury e.g. ligaments as well.

Non contact sports unless there is a crash or fall of course.The hand to hand combat of defenders and strikers is way too intense to risk rushing him back IMO.
