With the sad passing of Doc Neeson lead singer of The Angels one of Oz's best rock bands mainly 70/80s era. A possible theme for this week being musicians who are no longer with us.

So many have departed. One that had a great impact personally was dear old Jimi.Learned of his shock death upon seeing an Evening Standard billboard with "Hendrix dead" on it.
I got to see INXS with Michael Hutchence back in the early 90s. Very decent live band. Kick is a dope album.
I'd maybe post up some ODB for the thread but in non-dead music I discovered this band this week and they are amazing.

I didn't know Jeff Healey was dead. He was a pretty good player given his odd technique (I know he was blind too). His music was a bit pub rock though.
SRV was a straight up killer on the guitar. Rude Mood.... jesususususus!
