Nourry should walk. 23:30 - Nov 5 with 22378 viewsconnell10

I'm calling this clown out , just who is he ? He seems like a kid playing fifa , I've never been convinced by him since he pitched up. Only at Rangers could someone come in to give advice as to who should be the next CEO to decide that they actually was the right person for the oob. Its a joke . I don't like him and I wish he would take his hight tech prattle and fock off! I'll probably get pelters for this but I'm just saying what I feel.

We've got 7 first teamers out and quite a few are long term injuries. I don't think we foresaw this happening. I can't remember such a critical injury list so early in a season. Players in haven't settled partly because a. they're not quite up to it or b. they've had to be thrown into a team with really only Cook as an experienced pro actually fit enough to start. If the above 7 are fit and playing I'm not saying life is rosey but it would be a lot better than the sinking ship we're seeing in the absence of so many regulars in this team.

Never knowingly right.

My question is who is he ? What's his credentials to run a football club? He is good at taking bollocks that's about it. I'm totally unconvinced with him.

So far Nourry has overseen one good transfer window and one bad. I would put the bad one down to his age and inexperience.

Let's see what he can do in January, if he loans out Madsen and Santos and brings in some experience we may view him in a better light.

Christ alive. He’s overseen where we are now. F*ck this idea of transfer windows as an indicator of success. The CEO and DOF roles (plural) are far more than transfer windows. It is not Football Manager.

And where is our Head of Performance, Bosh? Previously the Fitness Coach? The bloke responsible for the injury list? He’s in Dubai working for 2 other sports franchises as well as QPR. You ever heard of a fitness coach based on a different country to the team he’s the fitness coach for? Who’s his boss? Nourry.

Williams was praised last year. Not adverse to criticism this one? We can’t say “great job” one year and “not your fault” the other.

Standards.

Consistency.

Accountability.

The bloke at the helm is totally out of his depth, and we’re very quick reaping the rewards of his decisions and approach.

Nourry needs to go. Bell deserves to go. Cifuentes needs to stay.

Indeed it is not.

But excuse me if I am wrong but I believe we are discussing football here, matters on the pitch?

Given his short tenure then the transfer windows have been his biggest impact on the club. The first transfer window really helped keep us in this division and his second has been a failure.

If you want to debate something other than football then please start a new thread.

Ridiculous comments. They are interlinked. I replied to Bosh talking about injuries and players settling in.

I'd like to see his C.V , just what is on it to inspire anyone to let him run a football club? It's ridiculous really.

He should walk Connell

Totally agree

But also it's on Hoos Reuben and Reilly who basically have said sod this, we will pass all this onto a young guy who has no previous interest in football and is only 26 years old.

They basically said to him, the whole shabang is yours to run.

From supposedly experienced businessmen they are the ones that have shafted the club.

To be fair to Nourry, yes he has not got a Scooby, but he wasn't the one that appointed him to be in charge of nearly every aspect of the club.

The appointment and his almost complete control of the club is on those that appointed him.

Yes he has to go but our complete anger should not be on Nourry but those that chose him to do everything because as Hoos said he has had enough

They are the ones that need to start speaking and being accountable.

Clearly Nourry out of his depth but it's not really his fault.

It's the owners, Hoos and Bhatia that have shafted us with total amateurism. And then they hide behind a 26 year old kid.

He definitely should have put a few more challenges in first half that’s for sure

About what? If you mean the loaning out of Madsen and Santos my tongue was in my cheek although the idea is acceptable.

Nourry should walk. on 01:07 - Nov 6 with 7311 viewsHunterhoop

And what is wrong with that? Why is it not part of “football matters”?

Everything he does, as CEO and DOF, impact “football matters”; we are a football club.

If you want to reserve judgement, fine. You’re entitled to that. I’m not reserving mine. I have seen, read, and heard enough.

Hope I’m wrong about him. Doubt I will be.

Yes and let's recall Taylor Richards from his loan spell at Cambridge.

That would help too !!!!!! 😂

You should go back and have a read of what you were telling me in the summer...

Transfer rumours 2024 by numptydumpty 6 Sep 16:11
I would say the pay off terminates the contractual obligations so the sum you receive doesn't mean you are still employed within the term of the contract.

So if that did happen in this case - i know it hasnt - and no takers then Mr Hayden could merrily claim job seekers allowance but don't know if applying to play with Man Utd, QPR and Accrington Stanley would satisfy the department of employment and so could see Isaac serving behind the bar of pub very near to you very soon !!!

Either that or he goes on several exotic holidays !!!

The choices are endless !!! 🤣

And yes I know what I am saying is totally garbage. It's been a long week and am in the final stages of delirium !!!

Like the big 'who has been responsible for player recruitment' question this for me is all a grey area as we don't know the truth.

In theory I do not have a problem with our Head of Performance working off site. If he has a system that works, has a proven success record then his methods can be delegated downwards. The Boston Nets are a bigger organisation than us and were happy to recruit Ben Williams on this basis.

How often was Ben Williams at the training ground last season? I don't know.

How successful was Ben Williams last season? I don't know.

Have his methods been a failure this season? I don't know.

Are this season’s injuries more serious than last seasons? I don't know.

Why does Marti need to stay? Why are you cutting him so much slack?

How often was Ben Williams at the training ground last season?

Constantly. Omnipresent. Ran the whole gaff.

Hasn't been seen for weeks/months.

Nourry should walk. on 01:21 - Nov 6 with 7263 viewsHunterhoop

Because he has proven something. He can get results.

Ben Williams was in lots of club videos last season. The evidence is on tape. He was wheeled out at the fans forum last season. He was very physically present at the club. He’s not in the county now. It’s not hard to understand. You can paint it grey if you’d like or you can see the reality for what it is.

Apart from the transfer windows what else has he done that has had a major impact on the club during his short tenure?

For me the transfer windows are the two major things which is why I talk about them.

It's not so much reserving judgement as our hands being tied. To dismiss your CEO/DOF and Head of Recruitment on the back of one transfer window is a bit bonkers bearing in mind that the real issue for us has been the amount of injuries.

Have you, been asleep?

The withdrawal of the manager from the fans forum and interviews?

The hiding of contract lengths?

The mysterious disappearance, reappearance of players - Kolli, Walsh, Shepperd?

They don't even announced the fcking attendance most weeks.

I just. I don't know. I'd love to stand next to you at that game tonight and point at the pitch. Does that look right to you? Does that look normal to you?

I nod off frequently as my office chair is comfortable.

Are we at cross purposes? Firstly I do not consider any of these to be major issues. Secondly how does any of what you mention affect matters on the pitch?

Football also is very simple... get the ball, move the ball, move yourself into space, and those who have been assigned to hold, hold.... Boro did this time and again it's basic amd so easy, and exactly the thing that every level of football tells you to do..... we are incapable of any of this it seems. Yet ball after ball after ball is launched to our centre forward who then receives abuse for not being Puskas (the original, not the Watford version).... we don't move the ball quick enough and we don't have the intelligence or quality to open teams up...tonight was very painful, and quote unquote embarrassing

You mentioned that he has personal problems.

Thanks for answering one of my questions. Even though he was there do we know how successful he was? How do last season’s injuries compare to this seasons?

Still grey areas for me although you would like to think that his presence had some impact.
