Nourry should walk. 23:30 - Nov 5 with 27857 viewsconnell10

I'm calling this clown out , just who is he ? He seems like a kid playing fifa , I've never been convinced by him since he pitched up. Only at Rangers could someone come in to give advice as to who should be the next CEO to decide that they actually was the right person for the oob. Its a joke . I don't like him and I wish he would take his hight tech prattle and fock off! I'll probably get pelters for this but I'm just saying what I feel.

AND WHEN I DREAM , I DREAM ABOUT YOU AND WHEN I SCREAM I SCREAM ABOUT YOU!!!!!

In this day and age back room staff jobs are very volatile. I dont expect that Ruben et al will let this persist WITH January around the corner.

Experiment complete, I would not be too surprised if a Gallen reunion or at least an experienced football mind is pulled into furnace.

He simply does not work at the club anymore. Replaced in the summer .

Time to shine the light on the people who ARE there

I hope that you are right, but that would mean crediting Ruben et al with a level of competence that so far appears to be lacking.

As far as I have garnered from others posts, Ben Williams left the club to work for an American franchise but he remains on the payroll and works remotely from Dubai.

He is not here but led to believe he is still on the payroll.

The laughably obvious problem with Nourry is that he has no significant experience in football ffs! Is he just going to magic success out of his ar*e? Will we have a few relegations while he learns on the job? What were the owners - and of course Lee Hoos - thinking?

Next move from this pi*s weak lot will be to keep both Nourry and Marti and appoint a DOF - probably Joey Barton.

So we pay people to be absent presences while our actually embodied players play like listless ghosts.

Up you couldn't make it!

I admire your optimism but no chance they do anything ike that, it will be the manager and Andy Belk going before Nourry

Their reaction to the Beale/Crichley/Ainsworth season was to do nothing, things only changed becasue Les resigned and Hoos moved to club chairman

Nourry should walk. on 08:21 - Nov 9 with 2973 viewsmart_Goblin

Even the Hoos to Chairman is a bit of a mystery .
The club announces Hoos as Chairman whilst he talked continuously about him taking retirement after long stints at various football clubs .

I know the chairman is a lesser role of course but he has literally retired …whilst being paid by the club hasn’t he?

That will be criminal if they blame Marti for the current shambles, he's been let down massively by Nourry and Belk, we desperately need somebody with footballing experience to take over.....

I have lots of time for magic hat. Nearly everything he says I agree with - the man bleeds blue and white. I love him.

Scooters, Tunes, Trainers and QPR.

I appreciate this is QPR so anything could happen but I’d be astounded if Marti wasn’t made fully aware of players flagged up on Nourry data analytics way before signing them.

As such, if Gallen has the awareness to recognise that whilst the likes of Madsen were flagged up on everyone’s analytics but everyone knocked him back on the basis he was too weak and too slow to survive in the Championship, then how come Marti and his coaches, football people themselves, were so unaware of his deficiencies.

I just can’t buy into that.

He hasn't retired - he's just become a pointless and ineffectual Chair! Much like the one who's been turning out for us on the pitch for about two and a half games.

I won’t be there today, fair play to those who are, but I’d love to hear there is a banner unveiled with ‘Nourry Out’ on there and chants telling him to get out of our club. He’s all the traits of a narcissist, Padula rightly described him as a charlatan, and as I’ve said before, 26 is no age to run any business without great people around them. The owners are naive, Marti has made mistakes, but Nourry is a significant issue, we surely need to start telling the club we’re not happy, starting with getting him out, fast.

Some good info and a fundamental point - if Celar and Madsen are going to succeed in this league (and they need to because we're stuck with them) they're going to have to change their approach.

I was far too encouraged by Celar getting a yellow of all things against Sunderland - felt it was symptomatic of green shoots of aggression, but these disappeared on Tuesday night. Both players need to start by just being more aggressive and working harder. Especially Madsen - it's such a simple thing, as alluded to by Kev.

Anyway I agree with the idea of allowing Nourry to save face by bringing in a more experienced, capable person to work 'alongside' him, asap. If he doesn't like that get him out - he's 27 ffs, his limited CV will recover. Ruben needs to sort this shit out.

I would like to add something new, but it's all been said.

Noury, another fine mess you've got us into.

Probably the half he was responsible for signing.

Strictly speaking Gallen spoke to scouts that had the awareness to recognise Madsen was weak. Presumably he spoke to them after he had signed for us but it does beg the question, what are our scouts doing and reporting back to the people making the decisions?

Nourry bought in some new scouts he used to go to school with.

It’s well and good saying Nourry out and let’s get banners etc but it’s the idiots employing him who should go, if Nourry does somehow get the sack do you seriously think this board would get someone who knows what they are doing , their track record is appalling I’m struggling to think of a single thing they have got right
This board needs to go we are so far behind clubs like palace , Fulham, Brighton, Brentford even AFC Wimbledon have a new ground
Think of the players this club has had and what it stood for to what it is now it’s heartbreaking but we have all shrugged our shoulders and resigned to be Sh1t forever
30 years ago we would be on the pitch protesting

And Bowles is onside, Swinburne has come rushing out of his goal , what can Bowles do here , onto the left foot no, on to the right foot That’s there that’s two, and that’s Bowles Brian Moore

Suggest everyone Tweets Amit and demands a change of leadership. We need our voices to be heard to give us a slither of hope in the jan transfer window. We cannot sleepwalk into another transfer window with someone who has zero experience. This club is being ruined before our eyes. Nourry out.
