Getting the train up on Thur to Birmingham. Staying Coventry Fri and Sat. Ticket still hasn't arrived hopefully it will come by tom. Want to do Luton Hull and Portsmouth and Norwich away as well. Let's hope Franco got his shooting boots on and our keeper keeps Simms quiet.

Coventry City v Swansea City : Match day thread on 20:39 - Sep 19 with 7332 views | Whiterockin | Wouldn't it be great if you could have a single "football ticket card" and whichever ground you visit as well as your season ticket is loaded automatically on your card. No messing with printing tickets, collecting tickets or waiting for the post. Just buy a ticket for a game and it's loaded on your card automatically.
Coventry City v Swansea City : Match day thread on 20:42 - Sep 19 with 7314 views | KeithHaynes | That’s far too easy when you can do the hard work. Clubs rely on loyalty, and they know only too well you will go the extra mile so they don’t have to.

Coventry City v Swansea City : Match day thread on 21:41 - Sep 19 with 7229 views | KeithHaynes | We went in the original FOSCFA from Pembrokeshire. A bit naughty it was that day. I remember Jimmy Hill being in the news a lot around this time. It may well have been for the price he was charging away fans or the fact he was behind it. One of those trips like Man City, WBA , Arsenal, Liverpool and Man Utd away during our two seasons in the top flight that stay with me to this day.

Coventry City v Swansea City : Match day thread on 22:09 - Sep 19 with 7165 views | max936 | Never had no bother, just Coventry played really well and probably should have scored more, their club house was good, went to M City's Maine road as well another decent club house. We were at Liverpool to, we got up in the stand before KO, loads were still battling to get in and then we heard a wall had collapsed by the gates. That got naughty after the match when they started chasing back to the busses, they caught up with a couple of lads by our Bus, There was a lot of noise coming from behind the stand during the minutes silence for Shanks, so they kicked off, thing was the people under the stand below didn't know the minutes silence had started in fairness. Coventry City v Swansea City : Match day thread on 22:28 - Sep 19 with 7130 views | KeithHaynes | Tried two times in the Kop that day. Both times the Swans scored and the friendly happy go lucky scousers weighed into us. Police marched us round the pitch and the final time battered us with truncheons. By end of the game I and my fellow enthusiasts had enough of them. Especially the little fellas in Stanley Park. And so it goes.
