| Genetically, paedophiles have more genes in common with crabs than they do with you and me. Now that is scientific fact. There's no real evidence for it, but it is scientific fact. |

Steve Cooper will be announced shortly (n/t) on 14:35 - Jun 12 with 2737 views | Swanseaman | Cooper receiving media praise: While Swansea supporters were bitterly disappointed to see Potter out of the door so soon, they may be welcoming in another promising young British manager straight away. He took this possession based football and stuck with it, always wanting his players to have the ball and be composed under pressure. They must attack with aggression and as we saw with England in his later years, be disciplined. Some star names in the Premier League have Cooper to thank for the position they are in today. He played a big part in the development of Liverpool youngsters Trent Alexander-Arnold, Raheem Sterling and Ben Woodburn during his time at the club, two of which have gone on to be genuine world stars. All of those aforementioned names play with the principles that Cooper instilled into them, being brave and comfortable in possession and aggressive when they do not have the ball. this job could be the perfect place for Cooper to develop as a senior manager while the Welsh club could have picked up another brilliant young manager. The perfect fit. https://www.thesportsman.com/articles/who-is-new-swansea-manager-steve-cooper-an

Steve Cooper will be announced shortly (n/t) on 14:48 - Jun 12 with 2657 views | Jango | He’d coached all 3 players before tho so can’t really be used in this argument that Rodgers had contacts where as Cooper only knows the players he’d coached. I’m not sure how anybody on here can claim that cooper has no contacts in the game.

Steve Cooper will be announced shortly (n/t) on 16:22 - Jun 12 with 2483 views | Phil_S | What am I backing. Two people who I trust hugely? Leon and Curt? I would back their knowledge of football over anyone's on here any day of the week. The good news is one day you will be right about Cooper, as nearly every manager in the history of the game has failed at some stage or the other and been sacked. When that day comes you can claim the moral high ground Until then we simply don't know - you have one opinion, some people have the opposite one. I am much in the place of Lisa, it doesnt excite me (none of the names that were linked did) but if the likes of Leon and Curt say its the right appointment, I am prepared to go with the benefit of the doubt

He made Lester Shapter look good!... and Gurnham Singh...and Roger Milford! Seriously though, Cooper was defo anti-Swansea.

Steve Cooper will be announced shortly (n/t) on 17:47 - Jun 12 with 2031 views | Blue_Blood | I dont want to rain on your parade. But I'd suggest Cooper has decent contacts. He worked with Pep Segura who is responsible for all the comings and goings at Barcelona. He worked with Rodolfo Borrell who is a coach at Man City. He also worked with Stuart Webber who is Norwich sporting director at Wrexham and Liverpool. The England DNA programme which he was prominent in also would have earned him massive respect in the football world. It's a gamble for your lot but looking at the names mentioned I would definitely be willing to roll the dice. There's not a lot out there in terms of lengthy interviews for anyone to approve or disapprove at present but someone who is fresh and busting to get on the managerial ladder could be another masterstroke.
Steve Cooper will be announced shortly (n/t) on 17:50 - Jun 12 with 2012 views | 34dfgdf54 | Completely agree with that, anyone who could even begin to think Flynn would be a good appointment need to have a look hard look at themselves. Leon was a good player, one of our best, not sure he’s qualified to be a part of a committee tasked on making decisions this big though.
