it’s like this. Club have been confident but even forgetting them, I spoke to someone close to James yesterday who said it will “100% get done” (his words not mine, just so we’re clear). It’s been hanging that way since last week. Question now is whether it’ll actually go through

ive been here many times.
players with potential being sold when the clubs in financial difficulties etc.
im just very surprised at the denial over the idea he wants the move
- more money
- move back to where you are from
- handpicked by a coach regarded as one of the best going
- top of the league
- a club who plays young talent and improves them over spending millions
- chance to test yourself at the highest level next season (if all goes well)
or stay and play midtable championship football, for a club that at the moment look to have no ambition to get back to the prem.

That is what is happening, the club is being ripped to pieces and after this, there wont be a coming together of fans ala Petty. The divide in the fans is already too deep, you have the ones who can see it, you have the pkastics who deep down dont care, you have others who have sold their souls.
Its getting worse and the board are getting more brazen with what they are doing......words,lies and even more words and lies.

We're annoyed that our lot aren't even trying to offer him a new contract and haven't throughout, and then we are accepting a shit offer from Leeds for someone with 18 months on his contract, after bogus claims that we are selling high earners building around our young talent.
