But I thought Huw and our recruitment team mull these transfers over and scheme away in a locked room with no considerations to the thoughts of Guidolin, Curtis etc??
In all seriousness the team needs a lift so hope it comes off. Looks like he could do with a fresh start and 31 is by no means old for the type of player he is.

Think Guidolin said in an interview he's been experimenting with him playing as a false 9. Gives us a diamond whilst not sacrificing width, like I said it's just an option.

The managers by no means helped that situation by saying he doesn't know if Ayew will stay and it's not up to him etc. People have read deeply into those comments, forgetting he also said he was confident he will stay in the same interview. Not sure what people were expecting him to say because, realistically, can you be certain anyone will stay? And he's also right that it's not up to him whether he stays or goes. All the recent links surfaced after that interview. Don't think his agent helps either.

but following his chin-ing exploits and cry baby antics he recovers to bound across the pitch with his lil boyfriend like some big, happy, gay Mastiff.
I like this. We need goals, and Llorente has plenty of goals in him
I've said it before and I'll say it again - everybody was sceptical about signing Defoe due to his age, but look what he did for Sunderland... age isn't everything
Llorente would be much much better than some of the options we've been linked with.
