Does it really matter who we get in ? Even Austin, with all his goals, could not save us. It's the team as a whole that really needs sorting out. We could sign Ronaldo or Messi and still be in the same situation. Out of the 5 that you've listed, it's going to be up to Polter and JET to carry to forward line. Grego Cox has completely disappeared, Mackie has got the desire and energy, but has serious hamstring problems and Blackwood isn't he still on loan ? How about trying to get Remy on loan for the rest of the season

no, i think we should try and get in a loan striker or two till the end of the season, then see where we are and go from there. use the strikers we have now, get them games, confidence and goals. this seems to be the most logical and obvious solution as i very much doubt there are many shekels in the piggy bank to be used.
