Unless he lost a challenge leading to a goal, almost conceded a penalty, and only got away with not directly conceding another goal due to poor finishing from the opposition, I doubt he wasnt much better....

I think he will be better fodder for Hoilett personally and it will be good to see him play first hand. Steady improvement by all accounts so I hope he starts.

Not sure I agree. He wasn't great but he wasn't bad. Traore cost us a goal against Sheff Wed and should have cost us another if silly bolox hadn't put it over the bar from 10 yards out.

Very true.

I think Traore is a terrible defender and not much better at crossing. I was more saying that we need a good, solid LB and I don't think Suk-Young is that. Far too slight and not great at passing. Went forward well a few times v Exeter and had a good shot too. I hope he proves me wrong.

problem is who ever plays 2mo at left back will have a job on their hands as their best player apart form Vaughn is their right back who loves getting forward and attacking the left back

Poll: Of the 3 linked away, who do you think will still be a QPR player come February?

That is true, but we do not really have any other options at the moment. Also, how are young players supposed to improve if they are not tested? We haven't really done well only playing 'finished products' so far. He is 23 and learning the game, he's only going to get better.

I'd put Simpson at LB to counter that. O'Neil is more than capable to cover at RB.

Ringo Starr ate my hamper.

"@alefaurlin has started the season very well. He's started both games for us and is a good lad to have around the place." Doesn't sound set for a starting role.

Henry has played much more games as RB, out of the 2 I would play him there should we need to. Although I would rather just keep Simpson RB and play YSY. If he is drowning at sea we could even put Clint at LB and bring Dunne next to Nedum, if he doesnt have to go past the half way line he is a pretty solid full back
