Many of us will have squabbled over the years but we will all feel the same right now.

Swansea ars constantly looking for an up and coming star manager who can do two good years and then get poached for a couple of million. This should have happened with Martin but he is seems tipped them off about his contract and they played hard ball.

Better now to get in an experienced technician to redefine the style of play which results in the creation of goal scoring opportunities and a strong defence. He will be past his best perhaps but with a long record of teams with a clear dame plan. It is not clear what Williams is trying to do other than dominate possession.

A new tighter defensive counter attacking style might be more effective and entertaining than this style. The team has been boring for some time.

I feel it's a great question. How do we put pressure on to get rid? I'm not normally vocal or to call a manager out but he has to go. The football is so tired and he is coaching the soul out of them. If there is a youngster with any talent then you know he will not be able to show that talent as he is only allowed to follow the master plan

The answer is simple (which many won't like). Don't turn up. You'll never get 100% of fans not turn up as they will support the team no matter what and it will hurt us financially with less gate receipts. But if our crowds dwindled down from 13k to 6k in a space of a couple of weeks the Board would soon get the message and act.

Is he doing it deliberately maybe? Get himself sacked, pocket the money.

If they can't see what's happening they can't run a football club

If they only make the decision based on fans reaction they can't run a football club.

Over 10,000 season ticketholder's the gate won't actually drop below that. Next season is the big concern for the new investment group. The number of season ticket holders not turning up and the empty seats should really make them think about the future.

No this is fan direct action. Swansea fans are 10% owners and if Coleman is to believed are listened to. They can make a recommendation to the club for change " after numerous requests from the fan base".

I backed Williams but found his flippant response to the managers odds for the WBA job alarming. So did the players if the vertical fall off of results since then is anything to go by.

It allway's seems down here we do it on the cheap,i know the P@S rules stops us going mental, but FFS other teams seem to buy buy buy and nothing happens.

I just can't see how the club can afford to pay off our management team.

& I would imagine we would have to pay compensation (again) to get the new manager. I cannot think of any strong candidates who are out of work.

We’re getting relegated if we don’t. They’ll be weighing that up

Breaching PSR and having a fine or a points deduction next season is far better than spending it in league one.

However, i'm now 2 beers and a bottle of red in, and having listened to big Sam on under the cosh, fcuk it, get him in.
He wouldn't take any nonsense from the players.
