Could someone have a word with our 'manager' and let him know that organisation and planning is the responsibility of the department he's head of?

I thinks it's pretty much below the belt for Hassnaclue to offload his abject failure onto the players and also damaging for morale.

I think he's so bad now that a free caretaker manager couldn't do any worse than Hassnaclue. Get rid BEFORE we're relegated, not after.
