Full credit , Hill outwitted his rival and your football was a credit to the Division . Unfortunately you won't come across such a weak spirited opponent every week . |

Rivalry apart and that, BetVictor have a welcome £25 joining offer where you get a £25 free bet after your initial bet . In the top half finish Rochdale are 1/3 which is about right as we all expect you will safely end up but Bury are 11/4 (they were 4/1 until this anomaly was highlighted on the Bury MB the cash was lumped on and on ) , after seeing us improve with the new signings this is a gift from our bookmaking friends. So the maths say that for a £25 stake your return would be £162.50 as your free bet will lose it's stake in your return . Surely gift horses shouldn't be ignored ? For the record if it was Rochdale 11/4 I would be on already . |

New to the board and as a Bury fan in Peace i would like to start a sensible debate Simple question Would you prefer the safe as houses approach of Rochdale in that you seem quite content spending 99 years of your 106 year History* (* might be wrong) in the bottom tier spending within your means and never having any or very little glamour. or Bury's boom and bust nature of spending beyond their means and having regular flirts with danger but having an adventure along the way with trophies and promotions thrown in ?? Not a Mickey take just a reasonable debate amongst neighbours of similar size but very different histories . As an aside we all deserve a pat on the back for not going down the plastic route of false support . |
