Hi all fellow hoops, you may have seen this furore in the press, I am the Publican here at the offending boozer, "The Saracens Head Inn" Amersham, Bucks.
I'm interested in your views and comments, and if your not a million miles away, perhaps your support by popping in for a pint, we have QPR memorabilia on the walls and we show all our Games live when we are featured on Sky and on the red button.. thanks in advance - Rob

Assured shorthold tenancy help

I'm in one for two years which im trying to get out of early, (7 months left) however no break clause in contract and landlord being an arse, anyone know a valid reason I can use to get out of it?
I have just bought a house and cannot afford a double monthly outlay, the house also has many damp and draft issues and only a handful of radiators work ??

Any help would be much appreciated - thanks in advance.
