Board need to look at themselves

Whoever takes over the manager's job from here has a tough job on their hands. The board need to have a long hard look at themselves. I have never known the club to sanction as many two-year deals as we did during the summer. The players we are stuck with now for the next two years are not good enough.

It feel as though the board's inexperience has shown over the last couple of years. I hope they get the next appointment right, otherwise we are in big trouble.
