Well I'll kick it off. Reckon Lehman's appointment was a masterstroke - it will be much closer as a result of his appointment.

Who's going and when?

Well the lead is creeping into the realms of respectability now - every run could count if our bowlers can perform tomorrow.

Broad lives dangerously, never feel like he's 'in', could be out any minute.

We only want an Aussie wrongly given out in the 2nd innings to really even it up.

Surely by that rule the wicketkeeper must have known that Trott hit it too.

Nah you don't walk anymore, you do what the rest of the world do. Root walked
when maybe he could have reviewed its all the new way now.
Australia paying the price for a terrible review against Bairstow .....I could see that was going down from here!!

They just mentioned on Sky about whether some others would have walked or not.A lot of Aussies left it up to the umpire to give them out too.
I agree that Broad should have, but all sports have resorted to blatant cheating so why should cricket be exempt?

they shouldn't have waste a review earlier on a ball going well wide of the stumps
no way should broad walk

Given the two scandalous incorrect calls yesterday that got us into this mess, i think no way Broad should have walked.

I think that's a real insult to McGrath! I think he's been pretty true and fair. And as an englishman i expect, nay want, him to have the odd dig here and there. We expect it and he knows that we expect it. Imagine a retired Swann as an Aussie pundit - same deal I reckon.

And can I just say, well done Bell-end. Hopefully there's no more speculation about his place in the team and he can get his head down and just play well for the remainder of the series.

Not sure if anyone had mentioned this but why are the Aussies wearing sports bras. At least that what it looks like when seen from the back.

Absolutely. It's up to the umpire to give him out, if he doesn't, tough. As said above, the convicts have never been walkers. All that walking bollocks should be left in the old Gentlemen/Players days.

Let's not forget when Clarke himself when being caught off Pietersen in Adelaide in 2010, refused to walk and was given out on appeal by DRS! Shame the goggle-eyed hypocrit wasted a review on a rediculous LBW decision.

Simple, as a cricketer you know the umpire's decision is final . It's your job to play and his to make the decisions. Broad did exactly that. Nothing wrong whatsoever. Besides after years of watching the Chappell brothers, Border, Boon etc. never even dream of walking in loads of Ashes matches let the convicts get a good taste of their own medicine!

Sadly I think "walking" is a thing of the past. It's all very well to say players should walk, but when they regularly did it was the days of "gentlemen and players" i.e. half of them weren't doing it for a living. The stakes are much higher now and I don't think it's fair to expect it - the Aussies are right on this - they are honest and consistent and just say they are leaving it up to the umpire.

What you can't do is expect one side to walk while the other side doesn't, especially if the other side is benefitting [no fault of theirs btw] from poor decisions and has also through their own actions forfeited the right to a DRS which is given to them for exactly that purpose
