I want my licence money back 19:48 - Nov 30 with 4596 viewsizlingtonhoop

On the One Show (I know, I know - dragged in by the draw) somebody just said of Liam Gallagher: He's been called the best front man of all time.

By which stupid cu nt?

Where would you even start with the queue in front of him.

Rod! Mick! Johnny! Robert! Ray! Shane! Steve! etc etc, sit down, it's fine...

I think you'll find it was Liam Gallagher. Couldn't be anyone else. Certainly not Noel Gallagher.

That is indeed one of the most groundless, ridiculous, flat out dumb comments of all time.

A bonafide fcuking pillock if ever there was one. He is simply not cool at all. In fact, he was an absolute embarrassment. Even the band was just alright, but vastly over-rated, as things are nowadays.

In the late 90s one of my sister’s friends went for an audition/ interview to play keyboards on a world tour with the Eurythmics. It went well and the band were keen to have him. He was a relatively unkown musician from London and they asked him if there was anything which might be problematic for him with the touring scenario. He said there was only one thing, if he ever happened to be in the company of Liam Gallagher, ie: at a hotel, an airport, or a festival, although he’d never met him before, he’d have to punch him in the face. Annie, Dave, and the tour manager had a brief discussion, before telling him they had no problem with that and when could he start.

Noel would have used the 2nd sentence.

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the Earth all one's lifetime." I liked Mercury, yeah he had his problems but he'd have been welcome to join me and the Mrs for a weeks camping in north Wales if he so wished

But if he didn't pull his weight with the basic camping chores I'd say Oi Mercury NO. Whilst i enjoy your writing ability, your vocal range and your on-stage flamboyance and presence, if you don't get off your fat celebrity arse and empty the chemical toilet you be receiving a large slap...fcuking liberty taker

I don’t know about the best front man ever, but Heider Helguson was very underrated!
