It's the same spoof Twitter site which announced that Warburton had the job a week ago. Two managers in a week is going some even for our dysfunctional club!
I reckon the Paul Warne rumours also came from them, they said a compensation package was being negotiated back on April 2nd, then HITC picked up on it, as did a spoof Rotherham United Twitter site, on April 5th.
They haven't tweeted anything about Arsene Wenger recently, which is strange given that they announced him as QPR manager on 13th May 2018. Maybe he, Warburton, CC and possibly Warne will all be doing the job together, on a rota basis...
