People...territory and money too. Putin wants the land, Trump wants the mineral rights.

trumpisn't interested in saving lives, he just wants the money.

Still people talk about Putin wanting the land, when everyone is clear now, that it’s about NATO mainly

Trump’s deal was a stroke of genius—one that would have benefited both the U.S. and Ukraine while keeping America out of another costly war. More importantly, it would have significantly reduced the risk of World War III.

The real tragedy? Only a few seem to recognise it.

He wanted the land and the children to Russify. He wanted the minerals and to cut off Ukraine from the sea and dominate them under FSB control where the population minds it's own business. This is normal for them.

They have their supporters in the UK and USA.

It was a rubbish plan for Ukraine and UK. It was a great deal for USA and Russia. If USA puts it's big mining companies in Ukraine why should the British Army protect them from Russia with no US back up? . He w volunteered UK troops without asking them first.

The British army should defending British mining firms or Joint French / UK with the French army .

Benefitted Ukraine, what, surrender thousands of miles of Ukrainian territory with no security guarantee and hand over billions of dollars worth of mineral rights to the USA, Trump profits, Putin profits and Ukraine gets to count the cost in lives lost, territory lost and the worry that Putin might come back...

You really are an odious person. You think you know better but where do you get your info from? The same places as Contro I'd bet.
The West didn't start the war but ok, they created the conditions that took it there and who was the biggest driver of that...the USA, the USa who now want to benefit by many billions and throw Ukraine to the dogs.

Ukraine getting independence was never going to be easy with the bully Russia as their neighbour and a a Russified fifth column among their population in the Donbass.

The trouble kicked off when Ukraine voted to join the EU not NATO in 2014. The Nationalist pro Russians and Putin objected to the vote and Donbass people allowed themselves to be agitated by far right ex KGB people. They thought Russia would help them. ( In 2016 two years later Scotland were upset about Brexit but accepted the result to keep the peace).

The Donbass males who backed Russia are largely dead or injured as they were sent to the front. Many of their leaders a have been executed either by Ukrainians or Russian mafiosi.

Mariupol, Bahkmut Avdiivka were cleansed if all and replaced buy grateful Siberians loyal to the hammer and suckle.

Ukraine like an unhappy wife made the final break and has got beaten up as a leaving present but the hubby got a knife in the back for his violent trouble.

Russia cannot take Ukraine without US help.

If major U.S. mining companies were operating in Ukraine, do you honestly believe Russia would risk attacking, knowing it could endanger American lives? Given the potential for U.S. involvement, that would be an unthinkable gamble.

As for your opinion of me, I won’t be losing any sleep over it. The difference between us is simple: I do thorough research, while you rely on mainstream media, which—let’s be honest—is largely controlled by globalist interests. If more people removed their blinkers, examined both sides of a debate with an open mind, and stopped falling for blatant propaganda, the world would be in a much better place.

Once again, you seem to believe that the same people who pushed for this war are the ones now negotiating peace. That’s where you’re wrong—again. The globalists, deep-state Democrats, Clintons, Obamas, the Royal Family, the WEF, and their puppets in Western leadership drove this war forward. Meanwhile, those pushing for peace—Republicans, Trump, and others—are working against those same forces.

If you focused on constructive debate instead of resorting to personal attacks, you might actually learn something. And for the record, my character is far from odious—though I can see why someone struggling to defend their position might wish it were.

According to Trumps plan the US miners would be protected but a Euro army. Russia would certainly attack them if they see this weak US president.

Trump does not want to fight and has told everyone. He wants to make money but not so the hard yards. Any business thinks like this. We h see it in Wales. Dig up the coal and left somebody else clean up the mess.

The days of countries taking over and occupying others has long gone. It's too costly and too difficult, as large troop formations are vulnerable to drones, artillery and missiles. We found that out in Afghanistan when we didn't have enough boots to do anything except defend our bases. There's always the threat of being dragged into guerrilla warfare as well.

That's not the purpose of the Russian incursion. It's to destroy the Ukrainian military so it's no longer a threat. It's also clearing out the neo nazi units that terrorised the ethnic Russians there and has sent a message to NATO. It's not about a land grab or stealing resources , only the US seem set on doing that

Everything I have stated has so far been accomplished. It has been an overwhelming success for the Russian military, although at quite a high cost

Trump has always prioritised America First, and rightfully so. His proposed peace plan not only benefits the U.S. financially but also ensures that America stays out of an unnecessary conflict—a stance any rational leader would take.

You’re absolutely right—Trump doesn’t want war; he wants peace. And frankly, any sane person should want the same.

Well, of course—if we’re talking about Deep State Democrats, their involvement in this conflict has been evident from the very beginning. However, with a shift in power, we now have leaders who are prioritising diplomacy over escalation and actively pushing for peace instead of prolonged conflict.

To enable me to assess the credibility of your views , would you please confirm as to whether or not you still use both Class A and Class B drugs ? Its entirely a matter for you if you do and it may not alter your perception of the world but when you take such an ultra critical view of others views and claim to have greater insight than most it may help me see where you are coming from .

Whether or not I use Class A substances is entirely irrelevant to this discussion, so I see no reason to entertain that question.

I wouldn’t describe myself as having an ultra-critical view of others' opinions, but I do find it frustratingly lazy when people refuse to engage in critical thinking and instead blindly accept whatever narrative is spoon-fed to them by mainstream media. This is especially concerning given the countless lies and manipulations we’ve been subjected to for as long as I can remember.

Hope that helps
