Fulham are the latest side linked in the transfer stakes with a move for Jason Scotland

The side that ended Swansea City's FA Cup run this season join Middlesbrough, Wolves and Portsmouth as alleged interested parties for the man who has scored over 50 goals in two seasons at the Liberty Stadium.

The News of the World reports that Roy Hodgson has been a keen admirer of Scotland since watching him score both goals in the two FA Cup games between the two sides back in February.

Despite having a strike force of Andy Johnson and bobby Zamora the paper reports that Hodgson is ready to move with a £2.5m bid which could be enough to unsettle the Swans and push them into a sale of their top scorer.

Rather amusingly it says that competition for Scotland's signing could come from Burnley - their manager Owen Coyle managed Scotland for a time during his stay north of the border.

There are no quotes or 'inside sources' to back up the article.
