The investment of the Ogden Family has now been confirmed by the club along with a new board of directors being announced.

The take away bits are:

* Cameron Ogden owns 23% of the club and is the new co-chairman of Rochdale AFC
* Edward Ogden owns 23% of the club
* Tiffany Chawner owns 23% of the club
* Simon Gauge owns 21% of the club and remains as co-chairman
* Richard Knight owns 2% of the club
* Jan Wormald has stepped down from the board of directors
* Jamie Willoughby and Adam Saul join the board of directors
* Season tickets will be increased in price but will be on sale from 20th May, more details on the way.

After a season filled with panic of losing the club we all love, todays news comes as a huge relief and hopefully the start of a new and exciting future.
