Agree incredible number of coppers, including police spotters at the bottom of each walkway. As if WE were going to be the problem . . .

Overall a poor performance but a great last few minutes and another 3 points.
Dicker is no where near good enough and Dale only showed anything at all when Tutte came on. Although he got the winner ( goalie should have saved it) Donnelly is no answer up front but then neither is Cummins - hopefully Hogan will be back soon....

No idea which game Geraldo was watching, but he wasn't at Spotland.

A well deserved win for a table-topping team who deserve to be where they are by sticking to their 'footballing ethos', working as a team, rising above the time-wasting tactics of the Cobblers and scoring more than their opponents.

Maybe not the best performance from a Dale side this season, but good enough against a disciplined, hard working Northampton team who gave a good account of themselves. Sadly for them, they weren't good enough and Dale were the rightful winners.

3 hard-earned points, a banana skin safely negotiated and despite a moaning tvvat in the stand, Dale are top of the pile. Long may it continue.

Sudden lad misses the point it was 3 hard earned points but a performance that was well short of what they can do.Read what KH thinks about the game in the MEN - he thinks we got out of jail too!!

So is Dicker really "no where near good enough" or did he just have an off night?

Dicker is at best pedestrian and at worst ( as on Tues) a liability - his passing was woeful. I saw his debut at Accrington and he has not improved.

Are you ginger by any chance Geraldo?

Pretty much everyone has seen the difference Dicker has made since he came into the side, with him playing well we dictate games. Did he not play well against Wycombe and Newport?
Surely he's doing something right if we've won 6 out of his 7 games?

The minute i read "Dicker is nowhere near good enough" the post lost all credibility,is this the same player who's performed consistently well 2 leagues above our current position, but suddenly is no good for league 2!! Peoples views sometimes genuinely are senseless.
