I know everyone is angry and frustrated with the R's at the mo and that is totally fair, especially after that performance against Liverpool. But i really really hope Fernandes does...well nothing much actually. Doing "not much" doesn't sound very exciting but it will be for the better in the long run...no Remy, no Cole, no Lampard, no Anelka (dear oh dear) no more overrated superstars please. If you want to add a centre half or a forward by all means do it. Maybe a loan defender and DJ back from Ipswich, but no more, throwing money at it is not the answer, surely everyone must know that by now...if Fernandes had just thought about it a bit more and done nothing last January, Warnock might still have been here.!!

I think this performance showed that we can make it in the premiership. A pity about the sloppy own goal because so many players worked their socks off yesterday particularly the defence and midfield. Some players had their best game in a Saints shirt. But we still desperately need a goalkeeper.

How bad can the team get?. The first half was absolutely hopeless. Less the attitude more the lack of skills that were displayed. Love Hils attitude but he needs to direct his players not just berate them! Second half was lot better but Liverpool just wanted to defend luckily. Whats worse is that Liverpool arnot that good-yet they tore us apart.

Atmosphere was great but soon descended to the negative stuff. Think it will take a while to turn this team around-but if any one can then Harry can!Lets see who he brings in a coup,e of wins and we will be in touching distance of safety-COYRS!!

Very pleased with this and some better shooting would have left us easy winners. The fact is that we stopped Arsenal from playing. Very good.
