Olivier Ntcham keen to test the January transfer window

Sources are stating that Swansea City midfielder Olivier Ntcham will be on interest to clubs come the start of the January transfer window. The twenty six year old French born midfielder who played at the World Cup in Qatar for Cameroon has impressed with goals and assists this season for his club Swansea City.

The swans captured Ntcham from Celtic on a free transfer last September and we are now told he see’s January as an ideal opportunity to alert clubs as to his flexibility to move up a level or even consider a return to France.

We are told he loves it at Swansea City and being there has ignited his desire to play football. He has gained more international recognition and playing for Cameroon in the World Cup is a direct result of his performances for Swansea City. Ntcham is on the same agent roster as Moussa Dembélé at Mansa. His representative Mokan Fofana has been involved in much of Ntcham’s current decision making and has a respected history in player agent management. He is a licensed intermediary by the FA.

He will have many contacts who will find Ntcham’s availability of interest.

If any bids or interest is shown then we expect Swansea to require around two million pounds for his services, and most certainly coming to the club on a free transfer fits the ‘play trading profile’ of the swans.

The chance for Swansea to make a profit on their investment which was instigated by ex employee Mark Allen over a year ago will certainly open up funds for Russell Martin. He has numerous targets which we understand are within his current financial scope, but the investment strategy if the swans has to be continued if opportunities like Ntcham, Downes and the academy graduates can be realised regularly.
