You have never been to Barrow then, it is!!!  seriously its a great town with great people, yep we have our problems like anywhere else in the country but its fairly safe to walk anywhere crime rate is low, beaches, 20 mins from the lakes. Barrow gets unjustified bad press unfortunately. |

you may be joking but on big games the Neanderthals come out, and yes a York bus was bricked this season and all the real fans are highly embarrassed about it me included.
Just dont advertise in your mode of transport you are from Rochdale to be on the safe side and you will be fine. We are a good bunch up here the real fans anyway and that incident was an isolated one and the culprits caught. Hope you all have a great day bar 90 mins. |

don't think the ferry boat runs to Peel Island very often in winter. Furness Abbey is a good shout though. The only sightseeing I would be doing if I were you if you are not driving is the inside of a pub.  |

Well it looks like its going to be a fair day weather wise at least for us all, should be a cracking atmosphere in HS. I would seriously avoid Asda car park as I can see plenty of parking tickets issued on the day. |

Looks like only 350 tickets left, Any unsold tickets will be on sale on the day of the game, between 9am and 2pm at the ticket office, with the turnstiles open from 1pm. |

I think if you are desperate to see this game and want a ticket why not drive to Barrow and get some tickets and split the cost of the petrol over the number of tickets you buy.
Its just being in the away end and keeping quiet would be difficult. Would you be ejected if the stewards knew? i don't know. |

Have to agree mate IF Holker Street sells out it will be some cup tie. Although I still make you lads slight favourites Barrow are bloody hard to beat but not pretty on the eye most weeks at home. You will get plenty of abuse from the Neanderthals from across the segregation space. They are all wind and piss though but I see it as it all adds to a great atmosphere. |
