After some supporters were locked into it in August, today everyone was locked out, as it didn't open before the match and no doubt hundreds of people were then left scrabbling to find somewhere else to park. The queue was backing up onto the A12, which was clearly unsafe. Completely unacceptable and Essex County Council looks unfit for purpose. |  | | |  |

I ended up speaking to someone at The Key Holding Company, who initially said they were not scheduled to open the park and ride on Boxing Day. They said they would check with their manager and then I got cut off.... | | | |
