Cupping ears at your own fans. 17:19 - May 5 with 8151 viewskomradkirk

Needs to stop, not the first time this season either.
Are they insinuating that they haven't been shite at all because the odd one has ended up in the onion bag ?
Disrespectful toward us peasants on the terraces.

Good win today all the same.

The non legend that is Mark Hateley once cupped his old earoles when he scored a rare goal in front of the loft, that goal was one goal out of a grand total of erm well not too many, I'm sure it was against Huddersfield, amazingly Hateley wasn't wearing his crutches when he scored.

pardon.

Did it to us fans in the FA Cup away game v Wimbledon at Selhurst Park.

There's a distinct difference between what Smudge did and what Hateley did.
One's a cocked head with one ear cupped(Hately) .. showing sarcasm in body language, the other(Smudge) is looking straight up at the fans where he's already pointing to in celebration, cupping both hands round his ears in a proud gesture purely willing the fans to cheer and celebrate what was a good goal .. no negative connotation whatsoever.

Seriously the OP needs to take a good look at themselves for starting this.

There's a bit of a bullshit attitude from some fans that any kind of reaction from a player is some sort of outrage. Players get called all sorts of things by fans (theirs and opposition). If I was getting called a fat, overpaid c*nt by some fat, unsuccessful c*nt, I'd probably gesture back. It's all good.

I remember the Hateley incident though and I did think he was a massive c*nt for it but if I called him that, he'd be within his rights to call me a useless bellend f*ckwit.

It's like when a player throws a coin back into the crowd. That's where it came from. Chat shit, get banged as the young 'uns say.

Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.

I don't agree with players cupping their ears at their own fans, however, if I had to choose, I would say it's it is preferable to them cupping their testicles*.

* The player's, not the fans'.

I once saw a rangers fan cup another rangers fans balls. It all kicked off I can tell you.

Remember The White City Fighting?
Poll: Would you like to see the return of Mr Warnock?

It was to us in the stand behind the goal. I took it as a “come on then let’s hear ya!” rather than him digging us out. What a goal it was too....most unexpected! COYRs!!!!
