The finances at the club, its getting increasingly likely that there's just no money available, overall costs of the business have hit an all time high and there's just no way out, maybe wrong decisions have been made maybe not, I don't know, but there are no funds it seems.
Nothing we can do about, I'm sure the players will do their best and obviously Curt, just need some decisions and luck to go with us. |  |

Combination of the scouting system turning up Rubbish ,monk and his third rate coaching staff,the board for sanctioning bad buys and leaving monk in for too long ,should have acted earlier ,players with bad attitude and the loss of the Swansea way of football |  | | |

We all clearly have different definitions of what support is. Support isn't coming on here and banging on constantly posting new polls and threads on who's to blame and why. Support to me is coming with positive remarks on how the club can fix the situation we've found it in.
Not saying one week it's Monk & co, then the next week it's the board then the week after it's the scouting system then it's just Huw. It's annoying and isn't solving nothing. Theres plenty of suggestions herr on how to fix things ? Try signing some quality players and a coaching team with premier league skills. Growing frustration is poor performances, lack of action and the superior attitude of some of our Board slagging off our rivals recruitment whilst we do nothing. don't think anyone looks at us as a basket case.
maybe a couple of errors over last couple of years, got drawn into 1-2 over inflated signings rather than continue with scouting low, selling high, and maintaining the philosophy.
but ultimately (and it is a sad indictment on the money in the game) you can't compete at this level without significant finance, and a that wouldn't be a few thousand more spectators in the stadium either (of which I still don't feel we have the market anyway, bar when the big teams are in town)
it's been a great ride, hope it continues, will be very disappointed when it ends in the PL, but thinking we are on a journey that was going to get us in the champions league is where things have gone wrong (as much as we hoped we'd get the breaks one season a la leicester) | | | |

When the boys are on the pitch we should be supporting them 100%
Sing, shout, cheer, clap your Prawn Sarnie wrapper whatever. As long as we can try and make the stadium as intimidating to the opposition as possible.
Hate our players being booed. Yes even Pratley when he fuked the club over.
Even Schecter/ Vasquez/ Kev Amatotalw ancker and they were real sh1te. There have been worse as well  . Hopefully no-one as bad in the future
I actually agree with you about people leaving early.
Some need to, some want to. Respect for those who actually need to (work, health reasons etc) Those who want to; To paraphrase Dar... Fuk'em.
For the apparent mess the club now finds itself in, then the buck stops with the board.
Taken the credits/ plaudits/ Dividends.
Take the flak when there have continually been some bad decisions made.
Not all the decisions have been bad, but there have been some monumental mistakes- allowing our board access to social media being one of them!! Hiring the cheapest options for jobs off the field, hiring our last lot of coaching staff, quite a few "small" mistakes leading to one big clusterfuk we're now witnessing
No different to any other company with shareholders really.
Just this "company" has some really passionate people watching them.

Respectfully disagree. Sky money is a massive leveller so clubs with smaller fan base like us, Watford, Bournemouth and Norwich can compete with anyone outside top six with huge commercial income. | | | |

I actually think we're a bigger club than we were 5 years ago,we've gained a lot of support from young kids all over Wales and some further afield ,the biggest problem is a ground which doesn't represent this as they can't get in ,financially we've gone for structure rather than on the field of play which is yet to yield its crop ,yes I do believe we need new impetuous on the money front but were from, and when it's mooted some on here shit themselves ,we've been found out this year with jobs for the boys and it doesn't work in the prem ,the way I see it now is we either twist or stick ,but either way we're looking increasingly as if we're going down and Lady Luck has given us enough | | | |
