16 clubs in the cup competition, that's a minimum of 4 matches to win it. If we are looking at it instead of the FA Cup only the 3rd round there are no Championship fixtures so we would start piling up fixtures. There is no guarantee we would win it, play like yesterday we probably wouldn't. Just why would we want to be in it, particularly if, The four EFL clubs have "agreed to exclude any profit derived by representing Wales in Uefa competitions for financial regulations in the English Football League or the English Premier League". |

I think Low will come in provided we can agree a payment structure to keep us within P&S. As for other incomings I think we will have to move out to move in, the problem there is the cupboard is virtually bare. I wonder if we can do a knockdown price on Yates and Kuharevich, I'm not hopeful though, it's buys like these that have caused us problems with P&S. |

No I don't rate Fisher and IMO should never pull on a shirt for us again. Watts and Hughes are just not ready so needed to go out on loan, yes we have little else. For me the blame lies with the completely idiotic owners we had who through ridiculous decisions put us in a financial position where we couldn't strengthen the squad last summer or even with money in the bank can't do it now due to P&S rules.
We need to get rid of Williams and get a decent coach in. Explain fully the position to him and get him to try and get the best out of what we have with the promise of structured recruitment next summer when we are better placed with the financial rules.
In short tred water this season and start developing for the future. It's the only way in my opinion. |
