I read somewhere that Real have a buy back clause, the idea being is that if he shines he goes back for what we paid, I think its unlikely we would sell in our current situation to anyone other than back to Real. Playing a classy central midfielder who learnt his trade in La Liga marooned out wide defies belief.

First few games he showed what a class act he is.
Two months of being motivated and then played hopeless out of position by Hughes and now look at him.
Even with a change of manager it is going to take a long time (and a lot of money) to sort out the mess we are in.
