If the magistrate thought it was all a farce designed to enriched the respective legal counsels he would've thrown it out today as a salaried employee rather than a by the hours judge.

Agree, an absolute farce and complete waste of tax payers money.
The whole thing could have been avoided if JT had just appologised for saying what he said straight after the game.
But being the odious pr**k that he is, he probably feels he is above the law.
Off topic slightly, but JT lost the England captaincy (rightly so) for shagging his mates ex girlfriend, but Ryan Giggs has been made captain of team GB for the Olympics.

the damning evidence is the video which shows Terry at no point saying Did you just say I called you a etc, it shows what he actually said which was a heat of the moment stupid thing to say and he is still too stupid and ignorant to admit it was wrong, even if he was telling the truth you don't repeat the phrase. For him to claim he is the victim is hillarious

Terry's defence has largely consisted of pointing out (just like Suarez) what a great character he is and how he is clearly not a racist because he is friends with people of different races.
The prosecution IMO have done very well by making it known that they are not for one second accusing him of being racist, rather in the heat of the moment saying a racist slur - the two not being mutually exclusive.
