It’s so easy to gloss over and not address the gargantuan elephant in the room.
I’m sure the narrative will be “decent point away from home” or some rubbish about “spirit”. The fact is, people should be furious with this performance. Who knows what our side will be like next year and what players we may lose, we have one hell of a chance to go up this year and we are being handicapped AGAIN by this ludicrous style.
I’m lost for words how the Martin fans aren’t standing up for the club a bit more and saying “hang on a minute, why has he gone back to this after we just championed his ability to learn”.
Some honesty needed now.
On the surface it’s actually a decent result, in reality however it feels like the most gut wrenching defeat knowing that this style is back and infecting the club again.
Do you type really quickly or did you have that nonsense prepped snd ready to go?
Away from home we have been poor. This wasn’t a loss. It was a decent point against a decent team who scored because Wood and Latibeaudiere messed up. With another 3 away games in the next 4 we will drop down the table rhen we hwve a good chance of clombing back up and you can slag off the attendances.
Decent point away. Boys showed spirit. Good to see Martin making the necessary changes in the second half that were needed. Important to keep our momentum going. Preston next up. COYS ! Russell Martin's barmy army !!

Looked a lot better when our wing backs changed
Thats the same for me, we have got to have Flex wide giving us the pace outlet. I know this weakens us defensively as Sorinola might be stronger but put Lati behind him in a back 4 and not 3 CH's. On a different note i thought their midfield today were excellent at shutting down the channels, hence Flex and Ntcham getting early run outs.

It’s why we get so irritated. At least I do. It does my head in
Nothing to do with Bristol City then ? If only other teams would read the script and sit back and let us score eh ? We could have been three down in 30 minutes, so to come back and earn a deserved point should be praised not constantly slammed. Better to come

Not sure we have been poor away from home last 6 matches 8 points 2 wins 2 draws 2 losses. That is decent form averaging more than a point a game away from home

"Do you type really quickly or did you have that nonsense prepped snd ready to go?" Is the correct answer. He is like the old printed press. All ready to go, just need to fill in any last minute changes

1 defeat in the last 7, 5 wins and 1 draw..excellent form.
Guys, Bristol were set up to stop us getting through the channels quickly which they did very well. A mistake from us for the goal and a below par performance from a few players and we can thank our subs for rescuing a point.

Seems some people need to learn more tolerance or stop posting. To call people "moronic" ( literal meaning very foolish or stupid ) is wholly unacceptable. We live in hope they may change, but such hope may be forlorn

Seems to be the case that we're slow out of the blocks sometimes. Three games in a row we've not been up to much in the first half yet are much stronger in the second.

May as well not have a manager then?
Doesn’t seem to have any impact on the way we play, just a bloke on the sidelines that doesn’t control anything?
What a waste of a wage.
Not saying that, just more sceptical than some about how much impact a manager can really have on every kick of the ball on the day. I appreciate the whole a good handyman doesn’t blame his tools and that but just because a manager implements an overarching philosophy/approach that doesn’t mean it’s not ultimately up to the men on the pitch to deliver. How many examples have there been of clubs with poor players who sack their manager yet continue to struggle? There’s a rather big club in our league right now in that very position. You could also look at Cardiff and where they are with three managers since Russell.
