I’m not really interested in politics plus it’s hugely irrelevant to us being utter shite at Stevenage. He needs to go now, 10 games into the season won’t change how clueless he is.

Just an alternative to the chant mentioned.

Why didn't Hendo throw himself at that? I'm convinced he could've got there and turned that in.

Think it was deflected away from him. Hence the corner.

Last week AltDaleComms said:

‘We didn’t fight this hard to save the club to then tiptoe to non league’

I could not agree more. This is a work ethic, a tactical ineptitude, a lack of desire that I just don't recognise as a Rochdale team. We are branded as 'Your Town, Your Team, Your Club'. 'Your Team' couldn't feel further from the truth right now.

He needs to go.

I noticed folded arms before their goal went in, although being animated doesn't necessarily mean a good manager (not that you were saying that it does)

No sympathy, his team...His tactics, completely out of his depth...Should resign after the match.

Just remember, he is being paid handsomely for turning out this shite show.

...and there it is a fourth defeat in a row.

Game over.

4 games, 1 goal, 0 points. The only team in the EFL without a point. The effort from the majority of players is pathetic. The stubbornness to not change tactics that clearly don't work is just as bad.

Very similar to a previous manager not so long ago, an absolute cluster fook

Didn't the folk that wanted Thatcher to go chant Maggie Maggie Maggie Out Out Out?

I am saying give Stockdale a total of 10 league games (this season) before sacking him. Because if it turns out the squad is good enough 36 games should be enough for a new manager to keep us in the league.

The way it's going it will be 10 games with 0 points.

It was clear as day last year he wasn't good enough, but you had to give him the benefit of the doubt given how late in the summer he signed. Since then he's been heavily (for us) backed. I genuinely don't remember a manager getting so much money in the market and yet he's managed to take the team backwards.

Do us all a favour and pull the plug now and get someone in who actually knows how to be flexible and diverse with their tactics.

Leader of the little gang of immature cretins.

Has Stockdale got the worst win ratio ever?

I don't know, but it now stands at 24%

I think this now is the worst start to a season in our 101 year history in the football league equalling the four losses In 2006-7 we lost our first 4 league games 1-0. To be fair we went on to finish 9th.

I can only presume that the board’s reluctance to sack him is due to their needing time searching for his replacement.

The formation doesn't work. It's too negative.

Zonal marking never has worked, it ain't working now.

Players have limited or no confidence.

Odoh and Nelson were the only positives for me.

That was based on something the commentary team made about 'not wanting to go into battle against a Steve Evans team.

Finished 1-0

Had a good 3 minute spell at about 70 mins. They had the rest of the game. Like Gillingham, they realized 1-0 was enough & saw out the game. Gave us some possession, but apart from the 1 effort that won a corner and a couple of good runs, not much else

Probably give our keeper MOM although Nelson played some nice football at times. based on the twitter comments, that's the second home side that have said we are one of the worse sides they have seen for a long time.

Sort out the set pieces Robbie ( Copy & Paste from any of the previous 3 games) and get some fight into the team. That was poor tonight. Swindon away on Saturday, not exactly one of our lucky grounds.

TVOS - how often have we started a league campaign with 4 straight losses & what is the worse opening run of losses?

Give him 10 games? Just so you know, the Stevenage commentators were laughing at how bad we were at one point in the second half. Actually laughing.

I believe the term is agree to leave by mutual consent. When was the last time you heard of a football manager resigning
