I've bought a new season ticket for the upcoming season but have not yet been sent a season ticket card.
Has anyone else who is a new season ticket holder received their season ticket card.
Tried calling the ticket office but I'm no 30 in the queue.
Anyone else in the same position?

I phoned the ticket office last week and was told that if you want a physical ticket (as opposed to some magic thing on your phone) you need to apply for one, whilst I was on the phone the nice young lady emailed me the application form which is quite simple. She also told me that they will be sent out from tomorrow (Tuesday).
I since checked and was sent an email with a link to the form (which they call a survey) on the 2nd July but hadn’t read it [Post edited 9 Aug 2021 15:11]

Managed to get hold of the ticket office this morning and anyone that has bought a NEW season ticket for this upcoming season will be sent a new card today so should be in the post either tomorrow or Thursday | | | |
