Justin s a highly regarded coach, he previously worked for Spurs and was head hunted by the FA.

I remember his debut for Rangers, coming on as a sub for Stuart Wardley against Stockport in the last home game of the ill fated 2000/2001 season. Unfortunately for Justin it wasn't a great debut as he was sent off after about 15 minutes and that was the end of his QPR career!
