The first 10 I thought, right, here we go, we've finally got a striker. He didn't put a foot wrong. But from 10 to 45 he was appalling.
Second half he got two vital goals which mean more than anything.

I would give him 3 out of 10 for his first half performance but nine for the second. The two goals were crucial and enabled our players to relax towards the end by which time we were in complete control and playing some good football. | |

For a big lump of a man he doesn't half get muscled off the ball and gets turned often, but he's found his scoring boots so happy days, the whole team has lacked confidence and despite his pedigree he's no different he looks a confidence type player as well and getting dropped after scoring goals won't have helped him, so hopefully he'll kick on again from today and start dominating defenders, he did it against Liverpool in the Europa Final a few months back after coming on as a sub, so he's got it in his locker. |  |
