Again as TDH alluded to it's a case of civil law where it's a balance of probability Vs criminal where the "beyond all reasonable doubt" argument applies. Well if he's such a diplomat then why didn't he keep his own counsel and hold the club to ransom about alleged false accusations in court. Surely any brief worth his salt would have told him to keep quiet and tally the evidence together to go hammer and tongs at the club?

fair enough if it's in his contract. He is also not really able to work (under ideal conditions) until the start of the next season.
