its a tricky dilemma but if you know and love a breed then its right to go again.
The only way i can explain it is that they are the successor, not replacement, for those that have gone before and it is a reflection on the love for the previous pup that you think another of that breed is best for you.
i'm on my 3rd weim over 25 years, the 2 previous hounds were both amazing dogs and this one will write his own story and, in his own way, be just as good....
at the moment he is a razor toothed bitey little tvvat, but doing a great job of helping with the healing.
for anyone looking for some new soul, The Remedy Project is a good regular source with a monthly (ish) show. Brainchild of Melvo Baptiste, who's Uncle is Norman Jaye. lots of up and coming soul artists and then ventures towards some soulful house too
gutted for you, it is simply losing one of the family. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about.
lost my boy a few months ago at the age of 14 and it absolutely broke me. They give so much and the only bad thing about dogs is they simply do not live long enough.
currently breaking in another Weimaraner puppy as the void in the house and my life was too big and I missed that companionship.
sounds like you gave yours a great life and 15 is a fabulous innings (not that it feels it now).
no age to go; i'm 56 and these kind of things are reminders of how precious life is.
felt sorry for KC almost in the shadow of Ian Wright so possibly not fully appreciated at Arse; had a great career though and fab scoring record overall. Also seemed a decent guy when doing punditry
have liked the limited amount of him that I've seen. hopefully push on a little bit this year.
last season we were so up against that I think Marti stuck to the tried and tested to salvage the season without throwing EDB into the melting pot unless really necessary.
