Certainly don't need Dembele or Saito back marking in the box at their heights, even combined.

FWIW I thought Madsen was fine today, think Santos and Andersen were the 2 big problems and then Smyth when he came on. I'll get pelters for this, bit on reflection, we were a bit unlucky weren't we? As opposed to really bad?

Yep, at least I'm not traveling over 1000 miles to watch us in Derby this weekend. Can't wait for him to start again

Him getting the ball is the end of every move he's involved in

Steve Cook seems to be having to pop up and get people out of trouble a bit too often today

Big plan for the second half I reckon is asking anyone who is about to play a pass to make sure their eyes are open before the attempt the pass.

Yeah I really rate Saito. Its early days for him but he plays with purpose, gets himself into good positions and crucially, his end product seems to be really good. Could see us trying a way to fit him, Chair and Dembele into a team

Loan Deal for Alfie Tuck

Came out the previous year with Deon Woodman under Ainsworth when all (or both) or our centre backs got injured. Woodman looked the much better prospect in my opinion, now at Wealdstone

I see Tuck is still allowed to play for us in the meantime. Also, I see Varane is making the most of his time off suspended, wow

Hawkins will be 21 soon and probably a good time to go build his career elsewhere while we give younger players a go at centre back. Not sure he's a football league standard player but hopefully he proves me wrong, just because he's an Rs fan and we all want nice things for fellow Rs.

Being frank, the roundup is that Nourry managed to say absolutely nothing at all and punctuated it with some announcements

The Premier League already monopolised this

Nourry could have saved a minute or so there by answering 'no' to the Kolli question.

Not true about Sheffield Utd by the way, they announce contract lenghts. As do Pompey. Lies from Nourry there

Good news is that now we're on youth football, we can find out if anyone in attendance has had a lad released from the U10s recently
