Mate that's harsh - That's the usual comment suggesting that some of us are not allowed an opinion on the game because we didn't go. Having been to many cup games over the years, I have become less interested all the time. I am not dancing from the ceiling with the result, but we were not out played for the full 90 mins. The weather was atrocious and I am amazed the game went ahead. Maybe I am making excuses but we are not going to win the cup. I would prefer to push on up the league and keep that going. We are just getting people back after a raft of injuries and it would be our luck if we had picked more up yesterday. Lets just move on and as I said in another thread, get angry if we lose next weekend when it counts for much more. And if it makes you feel better well done for going. You don't know everyone's circumstances if they have not attended. |

But can we not have this thread when and IF we lose to Plymouth. I dont know enough about Plymouth to know what sort of team they fielded, but I suspect if they were fringe players they will want to try harder to prove they are worthy of a regular place under their new manager. We worry too much about a game that has not even happened yet. I agree we should be mad about this weekend if it all goes Pete Tong next weekend. |

Thankfully you are in the minority judging by this thread alone |

Pity some on this board and other social media have not stuck with the team. Thanks for your summary such a shame about the weather |

Exactly, and the ironic thing was when he did finally blow up, we scored from said free kick |

Very much agree AND I think it was you that said we would be hard pushed to find a better LB in the championship I hope we keep him, even if it is cover for Larkeche next season |

Like the Norwich post, this has probably put the mockers on it |

Clearly Crowe you are a positive poster, and not a negative one. The negative ones get all excitable and come out when we lose to say 'told you told you' - One immediately springs to mind |

Dunne will sign a new deal if offered and I suspect he will be Half the supporters here wanted Kelman gone, not sure why we would recall him |

Plymouth WAS a stable club, and punching above their weight, now he has landed them in a whole heap of trouble. And the fanbase was very split on his appointment, the few I knew all hated the idea. I dont think there is a person on this board that would think he was a good appointment if he were to come here |

Suggests he's walked more than been sacked |

To pick up in that Nix, it was a draw away from home, and if you win all your home games (yes I know, not our strongest point) and draw all our away, we are in the promotion mix. I would happily draw ALL games away, because as you say it maintains confidence. I do however think the squad will take yesterdays draw as a defeat (like many of us here) because we had done well until their equaliser and then of course it was so close to the end Lets hope that spurs them on Wednesday |

Several of us said these new signings will take a while to bed in and settle. It appears now they are the team is clicking. None are the finished article but now they are settling results are turning too. Its also no coincidence that they are getting a good consistent run in the team. This helps too in my opinion because you begin to think how others in the team are thinking. Another (like Saito) who is passionate about playing for the R's too |

Booked Lloyd for kicking the ball away, 2 mins later when an Oxford player did it, took no action - If anything, their player was more blatant. Just because we were 2-0 up should not influence giving out cards |

Many people bad mouthed him here because he allegedly refused to go out on loan or sign a new contract, all without substance it appears That said, as many also said (I believe Clive included) said that he should be nowhere near the team after his performance v's WBA so yes he had a great performance on Saturday but lets not claim him to be the coming of the 2nd messiah. Listening to Marti's interview post match there has clearly been some behind the scenes issues that we are not privy to, (despite some who think they are) but I hope they are behind him and the talking is on the pitch, not off it but he clearly has talent. |
