Scum thread
at 10:49 22 Aug 2024

Sadly this lot will probably get away with it. Think about how long City have been able to tie the so called authorities up in legal knots over 115 charges. The whole club Chelsea is a cesspit and epitomises all that is wrong with football.
Any club that makes a player who sings racist songs their captain is below contempt. Their lording of John Terry tells you everything about their so called fans
There has been talk recently of a two tier justice system as if this is something new but as we know if you have enough money you can buy yourself a different grade of justice and that is what is happening with football for the last 20 years at least.
Sadly some of the players have to take responsibilty in this with their wage demands etc and their lack of morals. I would love to be able to earn ten per cent of what Raheem Sterling earns a week but there is no way I would have signed for them after being racially abused by some of their fans when playing for City or after seeing the black guy not allowed onto the train in Paris by some of their scum fans or play for a club that eulogises John Terry , I would go somewhere else and earn a little less.

Charlie Austin on QPR a few days ago
at 15:18 29 Jul 2024

I don,t get the giving Charlie a hard time people. Some people have very short memories. If Lyndon had 10% of Charlies ability he would be twice the player he is now. Charlie wasn,t blessed with great pace but boy did he know where to be at the right time. For me a club legend

Dykes injured?
at 11:28 5 Jun 2024

Maybe the effect Clarke was talking about on the squad was they all went on the piss when they heard he was injured as it gives them a much better chance of winning

Plug in hybrids
at 14:05 15 Apr 2024

I have a plug in hybrid and at this stage of the EV revolution I wouldn,t go fully electric. I use mine mainly for getting to work and back and generally get about 40 miles per charge. I also have Octopus as my supplier and programme charging during the night accordingly and the 40 miles costs me approx £ 1.35. We recently did a long trip to Yorkshire for a few days and back, if the place you are staying does not have charge points you are snookered and we found that some public parking have 2 or maybe 3 charge points but even those with 7 or 8 sometimes have no availability so the fall back option of an engine was essential. I would personally not go fully electric until the infrastructure is better.

The Owl and Jude the Pussycat - A QPR match thread

Other teams have worked out they only have to score one goal to beat us as we pose no threat going forward . Totally outplayed by the better team today . Marti has to take some responsibility for that result and performance

Corruption
at 09:49 26 Mar 2024

Sadly I fear as with all of the so called bigger clubs this will be brushed under the carpet by the Premier League. Once enough moolah is splashed around it will go away. Also those in charge of the Premier League back then won,t want to be seen as looking the other way or being complicit in these dodgy dealings. No one will be punished for this cheating. The only consolation is that all this evidence that is now slowly creeping out reinforces my belief that any trophies the scum won in those years are null and void.

Does This Ref Get The First Ever Zero Rating From Clive .
at 08:56 7 Mar 2024

If the ref gets more than zero then it will be dissapointing. He was without doubt the most incompetent , biased referee I have ever seen at Loftus Road, truely dreadful. Others on here have already highlighted onn here his numerous mistakes or deliberatley wrong decisions but toward the end of the game Frey was trying to take a quick throw in right in front of us in SA road, the WBA players tried to stop him and then to allow his little darlings to get back into shape he stops the throw. There is no other conclusion to come to given our record with this ref he is worse than Stroud. And that is something I never thought I would say

Yep Jack Robinson getting turned inside out over and over again was very enjoyable. I have to admit holding a grudge against him after we looked after him so well during his long injury and he clears of at the first opportunity, he is in the same camp as Boil face for me

Gaffer on today's draw
at 11:03 29 Jan 2024

The ref was diabolical without doubt as said in another thread but the fact that we didn,t even try and change tactics worries me. Also Huddersfield and most other teams we play seem to be much more aware of how to play and influence the referees than us. I think they sussed out pretty quickly that he was awful and there for the influencing and played him brilliantly. We on the other hand did not. With the experienced players we have in the team you would have thought one of the senior pros would have worked him out early.
